2026-2027 Season

Congratulations! Your athlete has been offered a roster spot for the 2026–2027 season. To officially secure their place on the team, please complete the three onboarding steps below. Each step must be finished before your athlete may participate in training, leagues, or tournaments.

Three simple steps stand between your athlete and the field. Each step is quick, secure, and can be completed on any device in just a few minutes. Once all three are done, your athlete is officially registered and ready to go.

Complete waiver and Player Contract

Required for all athletes and parents. Before your athlete can step onto the field, you'll need to review and digitally sign the club waiver, code of conduct, and player agreement. This protects your family and ensures every EFC athlete understands our standards of sportsmanship and commitment.

SUBMIT YOUR FIRST MONTHLY PAYMENT

Required to reserve your athlete's roster position. Your athlete's spot on the team is not guaranteed until the first monthly payment has been submitted. Payments are processed securely through Stripe; a trusted platform used by millions of organizations worldwide.

Uniforms, league fees, tournament fees, and facility rental fees are billed separately when applicable

Step 3 of 3

Required for league registration and player verification. A clear copy or photo of your athlete's birth certificate is needed to complete official league registration. This is a one-time submission that verifies your athlete's age and eligibility for competition.

Team Snap

You will receive access to TeamSnap shortly after completing the monthly payment. You will receive an invitation to the app through the email you registered with.

Monthly Club Fee

The standard club fee is $65 per athlete per month. This covers core club operations & coaching.

Participation Policy

Players may not participate in league games until all three onboarding steps: waiver, payment, and birth certificate; have been fully completed and verified
